Please support our Big Give Christmas Challenge 2025. Your donation will go twice as far to provide advice, practical support and information to young people across Hertfordshire who are at risk of homelessness this winter.
Youth homelessness is a growing problem in Hertfordshire - over 2,800 young people approached their local council in the last 12 months because they were at crisis point and facing homelessness. Your donation will enable us to continue to offer intergenerational mediation to families with wraparound wellbeing & counselling support. This helps more families to engage with our services and it ensures the greatest long term impact.
By clicking the red donate button above from midday on 2nd December to midday on 9th December, all donations made through The Big Give platform will be DOUBLED until our target is reached.
This means a £50 donation to hyh will be doubled to £100 at no cost to the person donating.

We have an ambitious target of £36,000 and we’re pleased to confirm that we have an incredible Champion, the Shanly Foundation and 4 wonderful Pledgers. Global Rail Construction, along with three generous supporters, have kindly pledged their support to help us achieve our target by making up our matched funds. If we exceed our target of £36,000 before the campaign ends, we qualify to take part in The Big Give Christmas Challenge Awards and be in with a chance of winning a separate monetary prize!
