Accommodation Project

We currently have plans underway to open a home in Spring 2021 to help transition vulnerable young people, aged 18 to 24 years old, from homelessness to independent living over approx 18 months

A live-in hyh Support Worker will provide personal and social advice, guidance and emotional support in a caring and nurturing ‘family’ environment.
