Great news! Herts Young Homeless (hyh) have been donated an abundance of socks by fast growing business, Jollie Goods.
We were delighted to receive a phone call last week asking if we would like to be involved in Jollie Goods “wear a pair, share a pair” initiative. The idea is that when a pair of socks is purchased, Jollie Goods donates a pair to charity.
But why socks...?
Jollie Goods believes that change works from the bottom up, and that the small things make a big difference. ‘Socks are a matter of comfort, but more than this, they are crucial in staying clean, warm and dignified.’
