It’s vital for us to raise funds which will enable us to continue offering essential support and guidance to vulnerable young people. Your contributions make a real difference to the lives of people in crisis who are either homeless or facing homelessness.

We regularly run a number of fundraising events, including sponsored sleepouts, cake sales and quizes. Click here to find out more.

Take on a challenge

Take on a challenge and raise money for hyh. There are hundreds of events nationwide which you can take part in. Whether it’s running, cycling, walking or parachuting, we’ll help you to reach your fundraising target. When you’ve found a challenge just register online with bmycharity or virgin giving and select hyh as your chosen charity. We’ll help you in any way we can with fundraising tips, posters and lots of encouragement!

Become a friend of hyh

Would you like to become a 'friend of hyh' and get actively involved in fundraising, organising events and raising our profile? We’re looking for people with a variety of skills, and we only expect you to give as much time as you are able to.

hyh is registered with online fundraising websites which raises money for us AT NO COST TO YOU! They are:

The way it works is simple. Firstly logon to the site then when you use any of the 2000+ retailer links provided, hyh receives a commission from each purchase / trial you make - anything from 0.5% right up to 15% - depending on which retailer you select and what you buy. Once you select which store you wish to buy from, it takes you directly to their website. SIMPLE! Big names are supporting the scheme such as Amazon, John Lewis, Boots, Marks and Spencer’s, Toys R Us, Comet, NEXT and many more.

Donate your scrap car to charity with Giveacar. Free scrap vehicle collection, nationwide across the UK. You can donate your scrap or unwanted car to us at no cost to you and help raise much needed funds.
