Charity partnerships

A partnership with us is a community investment that will help fulfil your corporate social responsibility aims  and show your commitment  to making a real difference to the lives of young people in the local community who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.

We would be delighted to explore ways of working with your company. Please contact Jennie Rawlings at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 01707 251384 to discuss further.

There are a number of ways to work with hyh and make a difference, including:

Sponsorship

There are a variety of opportunities from advertising at events, in publications and on running/cycling shirts.

Cause related marketing

An opportunity to associate your company’s brand / product with one of UK’s and Hertfordshire’s pressing social issues.

Corporate donations and gifts in kind

We spend a significant proportion of our income on professional services, utilities and equipment.  If we can cover the costs with gifts-in-kind we free up finance to invest in our charitable work.

Charity partners

A partnership with us can provide measurable results against strategic objectives, effective PR and media coverage as well as a public association with a well-known cause.

This is a great way for staff to participate in something fun and may have lasting benefits on motivation, morale, and working relationships. As well as fundraising, employees can support us by volunteering, match funding, or taking advantage of our payroll giving scheme.

Our charity partners

Our charity partners are proud to be associated with hyh, excited by the impact they can have on changing the lives of young people for the better and impressed by the opportunities, positive recognition and goodwill that their support generates.

We are pleased to present the following as our charity partners this year:

john lewis

John Lewis branches in Welwyn Garden City and Watford have chosen hyh as their charity of the year. In their own words: “Being a 'force for good' in the community has always been part of the Partnership's vision and our Partners offer their time to support local, regional and national initiatives that help to build more vibrant, economically sustainable communities."

For us, this is not only about providing great service and quality products; it's also about making a positive difference to our communities and being a good neighbour."
