What is the service?

A service to support people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have mental health and substance misuse problems.

We support people to access services that will help them towards mental health recovery and abstinence from substances as well as supporting them to access or maintain tenancies whilst they manage such complex needs.

Who is the service for?

16-65 year olds in Hertfordshire who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and have mental health and substance misuse problems.
